Yoda Terms of Service

Welcome to Yoda (hereinafter referred to as "Yoda" or "the Platform"). Before registering an account
or using Yoda's services, please carefully read and understand these Terms of Service (hereinafter
referred to as "Terms"). By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Platform Nature and Service Overview
Yoda is an online platform connecting "Experience Hosts" (hereinafter referred to as "Hosts") with
"Participants" (hereinafter referred to as "Guests"), aimed at facilitating the display, browsing,
booking, and payment of offline activities, experiences, and gatherings. Yoda serves as an
information matching platform and does not directly organize or execute any activities.
2. User Eligibility and Registration Obligations
- Users must be at least 18 years old and have full civil capacity.
- During registration, you must provide true, accurate, and complete information, including but
not limited to phone number and email.
- Yoda is not responsible for any losses caused by providing false or expired information.
- Each user is limited to one account; account rental, transfer, or sharing is prohibited.
3. Activity Posting and Booking Rules
Host:
- Must register with real personal identity; cannot set up activities under corporate or
organizational names.
- Activity content must be true and detailed, including price, time, location, participation
requirements, etc.
- Must ensure activities are safe and legal, not involving illegal, dangerous, or infringing
activities.
Guest:
- Placing an order is considered confirmation of participation and acceptance of relevant
cancellation policies and platform terms.
- During activities, must respect others, follow activity rules, and avoid disrupting order or
violating laws.
4. Payment and Settlement
- All payment operations are completed through Stripe; Yoda provides payment links and escrow
services.
- The platform will charge Hosts a fixed percentage of each transaction as a service fee; rates
may be adjusted according to platform announcements.
- After payment completion, the platform will transfer funds to the Host's provided account
according to the agreed settlement cycle after the activity starts.
5. Cancel & Refund Policy
- Guests can cancel and receive a full refund up to 24 hours before the activity starts. Special cases will be handled according to the platform's refund policy.
- If a Host needs to cancel an activity, they must notify Guests in advance. The platform reserves the right to charge a service fee or restrict their future activity posting privileges at its discretion.

6. Content Compliance and Code of Conduct
Users are prohibited from posting, distributing, or engaging in the following behaviors:
- Illegal activities involving violence, pornography, drugs, fraud, or infringement;
- Publishing misleading or false information;
- Harassing or threatening others, or discriminating against any race, gender, or belief;
- Using others' portraits, trademarks, or copyrighted content without permission.
The platform reserves the right to remove such violating content, ban related accounts, and pursue accountability.
7. Platform Liability Limitations
- The platform is not responsible for the safety, experience, or outcomes of any offline activities initiated by users;
- For disputes arising from users' false information or incomplete communication, the platform may assist in mediation but bears no responsibility;
- To the extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for indirect losses such as service interruption, data loss, or profit loss.
8. Tax and Legal Compliance
Hosts are responsible for declaring activity income and paying taxes. The platform may withhold and pay taxes in certain regions as required by law. Users must comply with all relevant local laws and regulations, and the platform has the right to cooperate with regulatory authorities in providing relevant data as required by law.
9. Platform Use Modification and Termination
Yoda reserves the right to modify service content, suspend certain features, or terminate service to specific users without prior notice based on operational needs. Users should understand and cooperate with platform adjustments due to policy changes or compliance issues.
10. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute with the platform or other users, please first attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the court with jurisdiction over Yoda's registered location.
11. Terms Update and Right of Interpretation
If these terms are revised, the latest version will be published on the platform, and the revised content will take effect from the date of publication. Yoda reserves the final right of interpretation of these terms.

Yoda App Privacy Policy

and event organizers, aimed at providing interest-based activity discovery, communication, and
booking experiences. We highly value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal

information you provide when using Yoda.

1.1 Information You Provide to Us

- Device Information: Operating system, device model, IP address, browser
information, language settings.
- Usage Information: Access time, page duration, click paths, crash logs.
- Location Information (requires your authorization): Used to locate your
position on the map and recommend nearby activities.
2. How We Use This Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- Verify your identity and complete registration;
- Provide activity browsing, filtering, communication, booking, and payment functions;
- Enhance platform security (including preventing fraud, spam content, malicious behavior);
- Send you important notifications, such as booking updates, service changes, etc.;
- Personalize recommendations for content and activities you might be interested in;
- Conduct data statistics and analysis to optimize product experience;
- Other purposes permitted or required by law.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information to any third parties. Here are the
situations where we may share information:
- Sharing with Event Organizers: If you participate in an activity, your contact
information (such as nickname, phone number) may be provided to the activity publisher (Host)
for coordination purposes
- Third-party Service Providers: Service providers who cooperate with us (such as
Stripe, cloud service providers) only access your information as needed to provide services
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information as required by law,
regulatory authorities, or courts
- Corporate Changes: If the platform undergoes acquisition, merger, or asset
restructuring, user information may be transferred as part of the assets
4. Cookies and Third-party Technologies
We use Cookies and similar technologies to enhance platform functionality and experience, such as
automatic login, behavior analysis, and page performance optimization. You can manage Cookies in
your browser settings, but this may affect certain features.
5. Information Storage and Security
- We protect your data using end-to-end encryption, access control, and minimum privilege
management.
- All data is stored on cloud servers (such as Google Cloud / AWS / Firebase) compliant with
Australian data protection regulations;
- Payment information is processed by Stripe; we do not store your complete credit card
information.

- Right to Rectification: Modify inaccurate or outdated information;
- Right to Deletion: Request deletion of your account and related data;
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Disable location authorization, notification

7. Minor's Information
Yoda App is only for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect
information from minors. If we discover that a minor has registered an account, we reserve the right
to delete their information and terminate services.

If you access the Platform from outside Australia, your information may be transferred to Australia
or other data center locations. We ensure such transfers comply with relevant data protection
regulations.
9. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For changes involving significant modifications
to your rights, we will notify you through in-app notifications or email and seek your consent.
